What exactly is included in the Premium Package & Basic Package (Lesson or Homework)?
Upon enrolment in the Premium or Basic Package, you will receive instant access to HD video courses that will introduce you to recap of the key concepts in each topic and take you through the deep understanding of each concept in an intuitive, step-by-step manner via exam-style questions.
What’s the difference between the Premium and the Basic Package?
The Lesson Package covers the complete recap of what you’ve learnt in school, thus even that if you have no basic knowledge of the topic is not an issue. It also covers the illustration of how to use the concepts to solve simple questions and complex exam-style questions with detailed answers, teacher’s explanations are also in great details around these answers. Sometimes, you might have different methods in solving the same question; give the candidate another perspective in the reasoning of the answers.
However, it does not cover all the different styles of questions of the topic; it is covered extensively in the Homework Package. The Homework Package dig deeper into the examiner’s reasoning in solving questions step by step via different styles of the questions; add layers of in-depth understanding of various topics. It is extremely useful for intensive revision period.

Payment & Upgrade
If I purchase the Basic Package (Lesson or Homework), will I be able to upgrade to the Premium Package?
You can enroll in the Basic Package first and later upgrade to the Premium Package. The cost is simply the difference between the package you’ve purchased and the package you’d like to upgrade to. Upon enrolment in the Basic Package, you’ll receive a link to the Premium Package upgrade page. Or You can simply log in and Go to ‘My Account’, Click ‘Change Plan’, You can purchase the Premium Package, and only charged by the cost difference.

How to purchase my membership (course) ?
You can purchase directly on the website whenever you see the Buy Now button, either on Self Study Page or Pricing page. By registering with you personal details& self-chosen password & then will be directed to the payment page. After successful transaction, you will receive an E-mail confirmation for the successful membership purchase; thus can gain an immediate access to the membership contents by simply login on the homepage.
I am trying to enroll online but I am getting an error message. What should I do?

I’m unable to play course videos.
GCSE Maths Revision course videos are hosted on Vimeo, and can be played on modern browsers with native HTML5 support, older browsers running the latest version of Flash and mobile devices. Most playback issues can be solved by updating Flash at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html. If you’re still unable to play videos after switching to a modern browser or updating Flash on an older browser, please email email@example.com and include a screenshot of any error messages along with a description of the playback issue (i.e. Are you experiencing playback issues on all videos or just one? Have you previously been able to play the videos?).
I’ve purchased a course but did not receive an E-mail Confirmation.
